Daytona Beach/Volusia County

Driven by the spirit of "The Fierce Urgency of Now," the Daytona Beach NAACP remains at the forefront of local progress, turning advocacy into action. We are deeply embedded in the fabric of our community, spearheading critical voter registration drives and high-impact Get Out The Vote (GOTV) campaigns to ensure every resident has a seat at the table. Beyond the ballot box, our branch is dedicated to solving the pressing challenges facing our neighbors—from demanding long-term infrastructure solutions for flooding in Midtown to championing equity and excellence in local education. We believe that justice cannot wait, and through active community involvement, we are building a more resilient and empowered Daytona Beach for everyone.
